Biography
Corey Miller is a Partner at the Irvine based law firm of Miller Miller Gerber LLP. Corey’s practice focuses on the field of business law, aiding and guidance to both businesses and business owners. Corey also handles various business litigation matters, including partnership disputes, disputes between owners, vendor disputes, fiduciary disputes, breach of contract claims, and various other business disputes. Corey also provides aid and guidance in the formation and structuring of business entities, the drafting and negotiations of contracts, and the purchase and sale of companies.
Corey represents clients in federal and state courts throughout the State of California. He has experience in all stages of litigation, from the drafting of the complaint, to successfully arguing motions, and achieving favorable results at trial. Corey received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Northeastern University, located in Boston, Massachusetts, and received his Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, with an emphasis on Civil Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law located in San Francisco, California. While at Hastings, Corey took an interest in business law, serving as a Staff Editor for the UC Hastings Business Law Journal. Corey is an active member of the community and is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Bolsa Chica Land Trust.
