Biography
Jonathan Gerber is a partner at the Irvine based law firm of Miller Miller Gerber LLP. Jonathan’s practice focuses on business and employment law. He assists businesses to strengthen and grow, focusing on entity formation, risk mitigation planning, and employment advising. He is also available to assist with litigation, which can include business, ownership, and vendor disputes, wage and hour, harassment and discrimination, and wrongful termination litigation. Jonathan received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2007, and served as the Chapter President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America for two years. Jonathan’s professional experience prior to Miller Miller Gerber included time at the Orange County office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, LLP. As an active member of the community, Jonathan sits on the Board of Directors of Jewish Federation & Family Services of Orange County, the Board of Directors of the University of San Diego School of Law Alumni Association, the C39 Committee at the Center Club, the Education Committee of the Orange County Bar Association, and is a member of Solomon Society’s Leadership Council.
